Xtreme Set is one of the premiere erectors involved in the set up of systems built housing. We are one of the primary set up crews in the U.S. focusing on, but not limited to, the Northeast, the Eastern Seaboard and along the Gulf Coast. The systems built housing industry is a fairly close knit community and the only way to achieve this goal is quality of work and reputation. The evolution of the systems built product has advanced and more high-end fabrication is being addressed. With that comes the need for experienced carpenters at a set whether commercial or residential. The ability to read blueprints, field frame and problem solve on site is a must. This is a specialized construction practice which does require a great amount of skill.

Our Company has a zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy and everyone is tested before hire. Because of the industry reputation we have earned, quality employees from other set crews and manufacturers are now seeking us out for employment. We currently have four, five man crews working full time. Our foremen and crews have years experience in the modular housing industry. Our set supervisor has over fifteen years of experience in all aspects of the modular housing industry from construction and transportation to set and finish. Multiple crews give Xtreme Set the flexibility to adapt to the client’s specific needs and possible changes due to weather or heavy equipment scheduling conflicts. It also gives us the ability to make that last minute accommodation in a builders busy schedule.
